The Air Pricing Specialist is to support the Pricing head and work closely with Tender Management, APAC countries, Product Management Air, Regional Pricing counterparts, and Key Account Management on the pricing aspect of the RFQ. The position shall:

• Ensure complete and competitive pricing from Asia Pacific region
• Support new pricing process, standards and quality
• Support Pricing head in customer meetings/negotiations as required

Skills Required

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V/H-Lookup etc.)
• Experience in managing an RFQ
• Knowledge of forwarding business
• Good project management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with country pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds
• Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to be able to quickly understand and challenge country bid input
• Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Experience and Qualifications

• Completed University degree / Polytechnic / Industry apprenticeship
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Air Pricing, RFP/RFQ management
