Working Student Global Procurement (*)

Your tasks

  • Support the Global Category Manager for “Real Estate & Facilities Related Services” in implementation of regional (Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific) and global procurement initiatives
  • Support of tendering procedure, negotiations and awards of contracts
  • Support of operational procurement team in our Head Office

Requirements

To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:
  • Student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, ideally at least 3 semesters until graduation
  • First work experience, ideally in the field of strategic procurement
  • Proficient knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work independently, accurately and focused
  • Good social skills and intercultural competence
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
  • Enterprising mindset and proactive approach to business
  • Self-confidence, reliability and sense of responsibility towards own work results
  • Quick comprehension as well as interest in willingness to familiarize oneself with new topics
