This is a leadership position reporting directly to the APAC Head of Business Development, where you will provide strategic direction, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure seamless operational excellence.

    Role Focus

    • Team Leadership: Provide dynamic leadership, daily management, and remote management strategies to create a unified and efficient team
    • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales opportunities for Contract Logistics, enhancing our market presence and customer relationships
    • Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource availability and maintain high levels of product competencies to align top experts with top opportunities
    • Customer Excellence: Maintain and elevate customer satisfaction by meeting the demands of internal and external customers
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify sales pipelines, support campaigns, and drive new business initiatives

    The Ideal Candidate
    We're seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience in 3PL or logistics. You should have the following:

    • Leadership Acumen: Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing teams
    • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth
    • Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
