    COVID-19 Update – 18th July 2021

The NSW Government has announced new restrictions around the Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Liverpool local Government areas (LGAs) effective 11.59pm Saturday, 17th July.

    Dear Valued Customer,

The NSW Government has announced new restrictions around the Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Liverpool local Government areas (LGAs) effective 11.59pm Saturday, 17th July.

There are a number of ‘authorised workers’ exempt from Government restrictions. Those that are appropriate for us at DB Schenker are employees in transport and warehousing.

We continue to remain open for business across all NSW sites. Over the last 24 hours, the Schenker Leadership Team have worked through these new restrictions to ensure adherence to Government guidelines with the highest priority being the well-being, health and safety of our employees, partners and the entire community, and a strong emphasis on the service levels to our customers.  DB Schenker will extend our current arrangement to introduce surveillance testing every 72 hours for all personnel and contractors attending DB Schenker Fairfield, Hoxton Park, Yennora, Eastern Creek, Alexandria and Ralph Street sites.

This is an evolving situation and we are working hard to meet customer expectations. We ask for your patience as we adapt to this changing situation. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact your DB Schenker Representative.

    Stay safe,
    DB Schenker
