- Act as the first and friendly point of contact for your group of customers
- Handle the full administrative process for incoming and outgoing goods
- Think proactively with your customers and offer smart, customer-focused solutions
- Resolve issues and complaints quickly and effectively, always aiming for satisfaction
- Take ownership of key administrative tasks and follow them through with precision
- Check and follow up on customs documents, invoices, and all the little details that matter
Your mission is simple: make sure your customers stay satisfied and confident in the service they receive.
What do we require?
- Relevant logistics professional knowledge obtained through training and/or experience within logistics
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office package
- You have a good command of the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages, both verbally and in writing
- Skills that are important for this position: customer-oriented, communicative, solution-oriented, proactive, stress-resistant and flexible in tasks and hours
