The Ocean Freight department of Schenker Logistics Netherlands moves from the current location Rotterdam Botlek to a new, modern office in Rotterdam Heijplaat on 14 May. Thursday 19 April a contract was signed with lessor Heysehaven Vastgoed B.V. for the new housing in the ‘Condor-building’ Scheepsbouwweg 65. The site of the former RDM shipyard is currently being developed into a high-quality business area with a focus on innovation and industrial development.

"This location and the office match well with our sustainability policy," says Emile Goossens, CFO Schenker Logistics BeNeLux. "The location is very close to the city centre and easy accessible. Our employees can reach the new location in different ways: by bus, bicycle and car. There is a water bus stop in front of the office."
