Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
Keep record of invoices/packing list/DO sent and received
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Contact Customer Service and resolve any shipping/cargo issues
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Perform daily MHE safety checks
Receive shipments correctly as per cargo shipping reference, check for damages and put away accordingly
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
5S duties

Fluent in English
Knowledgeable in shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office
Nitec level or above
Ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment
Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Forklift licence will be an advantage
