- Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
- Keep record of invoices/packing list/DO sent and received
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Contact Customer Service and resolve any shipping/cargo issues
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Perform daily MHE safety checks
- Receive shipments correctly as per cargo shipping reference, check for damages and put away accordingly
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- 5S duties
- Fluent in English
- Knowledgeable in shipping management and transaction software, as well as MS Office
- Nitec level or above
- Ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Forklift licence will be an advantage
