- To ensure processing all Export and Import Parcel shipments requests received from clients are booked to UPS Website and register the shipments in Tango system respectively.
- To ensure that all bookings made in UPS (Vendor booking & On-Account booking) are registered in Tango based on the daily Unregistered Report & weekly Recon Report.
- To ensure that OPS026 – Track & Trace Events are updated accurately, and investigations are made if necessary to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments.
- To ensure that Data Compliance report is check and missing information is updated accurately.
- To ensure that all Commercial Invoice and UPS labels are uploaded to AMS (scan documents viewer)
- To ensure prompt and accurate information are provided to clients by ensuring that shipments are properly checked and coordinated.
- To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements
- To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
- To do administrative, ad hoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor.
- Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field
- Good Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good planning skills and high focus on task execution
- Good coordination skills and task/process oriented
- Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization.

- Has a logistics background.
- Understanding of sea freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation.
