Job Overview
This role is to ensure the compliance of our Owner Operators to company and Federal policies. Retrieve and file all supporting documents for Owner Operators’ maintenance work performed in accordance with 49 CFR-Part 396.3 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations company.
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- Coordinate with operations all units that have not turned in the required paperwork
- Ensure all owner operators have a Federal DOT inspection within the past year, and file this document in TMT
- Review and process all Owner Operator invoicing and billing
- Monitor our payment processing reporting for accuracy in invoicing and refunds of Owner Operators by our shops
- Review all Z status vehicles twice a month and move them to reports only
- Accurate and timely data entry in information systems
- Assist in special tasks and projects
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
- Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
- Ability to promote a culture of trust and safety.
- This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required to: Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. • Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines. • Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects. • Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions. • Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions, and requiring travel in various external conditions.
