Supervisor, Inventory Your tasks Your tasks 1.0 Job OverviewThis position is responsible in assisting the Inventory Executive in managing function of Inventory Department. 2.0 Job Responsibilities (duties / task)2.1 Prepares the Slow Moving / Aging Report on every Monday of the week and shares with Schenker and Danone Team2.2 Prepares the Block / Hold Stock report on every Monday of the week and share with Schenker and Danone Team2.3 Plan the cycle count on daily and share the Cycle Count result with Danone and Schenker Team2.4 Manage the inventory of all incoming and outgoing goods movement.2.5 Control inventory accuracy; - Ensure no stock pending at Stage more than 24 hours- Ensure no stock pending at Pick to location more than 24 hours- Ensure no excess stock as the loading bay - Monitor Stock In Transit (SIT) on daily basis2.6 Reconciliation of stock for any stock discrepancy.2.7 Manage and prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock count report. 2.8 Responsible accurate inventory count and records.2.9 Prepare IRA KPI monthly report for customer review.2.10 Prepare Stock Adjustment Form and Liase with Logistic Manager on Stock Adjustment if any Requirements Requirements Job Specification (qualification, experience, skills, attributes)Minimum SPM / Diploma. Minimum two (2) year's work experiences in the logistics. Able to work in team and warehouse MHE handling would be an advantage.Knowledge of warehouse management system, Microsoft Excel and Good in Numeration.
