Customer Management Associate

Ihre Aufgaben

" Follow up the shipments with Schenker overseas and inform the status of cargo and also obtaining the green light from customers to proceed the shipments (Refer to the list of customers) " Do the report as assigned and/or requested by customers. " Control and minimize the cost of the shipments and oversea invoices to be charged correctly. " Preparing and issuing the invoice /credit note to customers/overseas. " Backing up to handle the job on half of colleague who is on leave. " Coordinate /support sales and visit customers occasionally. " Close jobs within 6 months from the date of opening unless there is any pending issue. " Other jobs as assigned by Assistant Ocean Import Manager.

Anforderungen

" Computer skills. " Negotiations skills. " English language skills. " Team Working Skills. " Bachelor's degree " Experience in Freight Forwarding field , ocean import & export at least 2 years
