Job Overview
The Security Coordinator directly supports the loss prevention program and the Compliance, Safety and Accountability program. Responsible for monitoring and properly documenting camera & gate systems activity at all security equipped USA Truck locations
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
· The accurate entry of information into the claim system when working Accident & OSD Hotline.
· Insuring that Post Accident Drug Test (PADAT) is completed as required following a DOT Accident.
· Responsible for Hazmat Hotline and Auditing Bill of Lading on all Hazmat Loads.
· Responsible for taking complaints from the general public on driver team members and properly documenting, investigating and addressing them accordingly.
· Responsible for speed alarms

Requerimientos
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity of TMW System preferred
- Knowledge of Hazmat Regulations preferred SKILLS
- Problem solving skills and Ability to Handle High levels of stress.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.
- Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
- Able to promote a culture of trust and safety. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines.
- Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects.
- Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions.
- Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions, and requiring travel in various external conditions.
- Travel domestically as necessary..
