  • Assist Business Development Managers for Implementing new clients 
  • Analyze documents and requirements provided by customer 
  • Chase and Follow up for correct documents and information to Business Development Managers and other internal stakeholders 
  • Set up partner IDs, systems and reports as requested by customer 
  • Assist on change/deletion of entity name or address maintained in system 
  • Update instruction in system per customer whenever needed 
  • Adhere to stakeholders’ requirements 
  • Conduct daily calls and presentation to stakeholder 
  • Contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives 
  • Do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor. 
  • Meets individual and team KPI (Key performance indicators) goals 
  • Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree 
  • Fresh Graduates are accepted 
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to analyze data and pay close attention to detail 
  • Team player, capable of succeeding in both team and solo setting 
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks 
  • Good coordination skills and task-oriented  
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating flexibility 
  • Proper stakeholder management
