Customer Services Representative (Inhouse) – Land Transportation

Your tasks

This position is responsible for accepting calls (primarily via the telephone, and including other contact modes like email, fax, etc.) Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact for both customers and the network. Maintain good relationship with the clients; Also responsible for monitoring the SOP or company policy is implemented properly.

Your tasks:
  • Service KPIs are met; service reliability and accessibility reach defined standard
  • Full compliance to company’s operating procedure and customer’s SOP
  • Above-average customer satisfaction


  • College and above
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in airfreight and ocean freight
  • Prioritize and delegate work tasks for customer service in-house staff with focus on customer needs and performance targets.
  • Process and response to request from internal and external customer in a timely manner.
  • Timely follow up all payment issues.
  • Complete Service request from internal and external customer in accordance with company policy, customer’s SOP, ISO procedure and superior’s instruction in daily job.
