One of the largest logistics parks in Central Europe, P3 Horni Pocernice, Prague, welcomes the successful international logistics company DB Schenker in its ranks. The warehouse with an area of 7 000 m² will provide distribution of retail brands Moët and Nespresso for the Czech Republic. The negotiations were facilitated by CBRE, a company providing Real Estate Property & Fund Administration Services.
“The presence of such an important provider of logistics services as DB Schenker confirms the importance of our logistics park for the 3PL segment,” says Jan Andrus, Senior Leasing Manager in P3.
DB Schenker belongs to long-term tenants in another park of the P3 portfolio. In the southeast of the capital in P3 Prague D1 provides a logistics project for global electronics manufacturers. The success of it made them decide to expand and use the space of the rented building to the maximum. This created the need for further expansion, i.e. finding quality space suitable for warehouse logistics with perfect connection to the motorway network.
A significant part of the new warehouse will be dedicated for two premium brands. For the Nespresso coffee legend and the prestigious Moët champagne, DB Schenker from Horni Pocernice will provide distribution of goods. Nespresso coffee and accessories will be sent from here to all outlets and end customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia based on their individual orders, for Moët DB Schenker will prepare value added services and manage customs and tax warehouses. “The storage capacities in the northeast of Prague will allow us to continuously ensure the distribution of goods throughout the Czech Republic,” says Katerina Rihova, DB Schenker Director of Logistics Management.
P3 Prague Horni Pocernice is one of the largest Central European industrial-logistic parks with an area of 406 333 m². It is close to the D10 expressway and the Cerny Most Shopping Mall is 0.9 mi away. The park consists of 36 warehouse buildings.
