Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors (candidates, students, suppliers etc.)
- Part of the team responsible for planning and coordination of corporate events and meetings.
- Take adequate messages when required.
- Receive and deliver the mail.
- Provide information to callers.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Schedule appointments.
- Register the internal/external correspondence and documents.
- Provide office supplies (Stationery& Kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks.
- Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management.
- Performs other duties corelated with the activity as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work at a high standard (and while under pressure).
- Business-like appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner.
- Good written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package.
- Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary.
- Self-motivation, quick learning, and creative thinking.
- Very good English language skills.
