Global CL/SCM Safety & Business Continuity Manager (*)

Ihre Aufgaben

Goals/Targets, Implementation & Continuous Improvement
* Set targets with the regions for the sites. Review performance and progress reporting at executive level
* Develop and coordinate global projects and initiatives related to Safety & BCM
* Drive continuous improvement of Safety (HSE), Risk Management & BCM systems in Contract Logistics
* Ensure continuous improvement of Safety & BCM procedures and operating standards
Business Continuity Management (specifics)
* Implement and ensure compliance to the global BCM standards and guidelines for business unit specific risks on a global level
* Collaborate with business unit internal functions to support activities such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment (RIA), development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP), organizing drills, implement other Business Continuity tools and capabilities (as required)
* Act as global Single Point of Contact for BCM (for Contract Logistics)
* Drive and deliver effective Business Continuity strategies to support and, in time of disaster, recover the Contract Logistics critical business functions
Safety & Risk Management (specifics)
* Actively support of Site Management and local (Q)HSSE functions: review Safety procedures / Risk Management Plans
* Collaborate with business unit internal functions to support activities such as Safety Risk Assessments,
* Implement and ensure compliance to global Safety standards and guidelines for business unit specific risks on a global level
* Act as ambassador for a continued Behavior Based Safety Culture
KPI & Analysis
* Define, monitor and report KPI's
* Analyze and report Safety & BCM KPIs in close cooperation with the regional organizations, Site Management, other corporate functions, and ensure continuous improvement
Establish & Maintain Culture
* Promote a living Safety & BCM culture throughout the business unit
* Proactively support of the global HSSE / BCM community and network to ensure sharing of best practices and improvement opportunities
* Actively drive the implementation of a safety, risk-based thinking / BCM culture across Contract Logistics globally
* Represent the Business Unit in global Health & Safety Advisory boards and global BCM boards
Audits, Non-conformance and CAPA
* Plan, execute, and conclude internal global and / or site audits
* Ensure Non-conformances are clearly documented, corresponding Corrective & Preventing Actions are being implemented, and their effectiveness is verified
Training & Support
* Develop, implement, and deliver training to a global audience
* Support of the Sales & Tender Management regarding customer requests related to Safety & BCM

Anforderungen

  • Academic degree in engineering or sciences with focus on HSE or BCM
  • 5+ years experiences in the areas of HSE, Crisis / Risk / Business Continuity Management
  • Operational background in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry is preferred. Site-based experience implementing Safety & Business Continuity initiatives in Contract Logistics
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of HSE management systems, especially in Behavior Based Safety programs and culture
  • Experience in Crisis and Risk Management required, experience in Security Management is a plus
  • Qualification as Occupational Safety Expert
  • Qualification as BCM Expert, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar certification is an advantage
  • Good Project Management skills, ability to drive the implementation of global initiatives
  • Experience with mental well-being / mental health programs or initiatives is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communicative competences, excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to present clearly complex concepts to a 'layman' audience
  • Build strong relationships. Influence others
