We do our best to ensure that your goods are safely transported by road; however, occasionally, accidents happen and goods may be damaged.
If your goods have been damaged, if your consignment is not complete or has been misplaced while in the care of DB Schenker, you will need to complete a claims form. It is very important that you complete all fields and in as much detail as possible. Please send the completed claims form to your DB Schenker contact person.
