As a freight forwarder, you cater to some of the world’s largest brands and have dealings with many different people worldwide. Being a people person and understanding cultural differences are therefore good traits. In addition, a freight forwarder must be resourceful, proactive and efficient, ensuring the customers that you will solve all their logistic challenges.

What we expect from you on a personal level:

We expect that you are extrovert, dynamic, positive and have a desire to please – you will be in daily contact with lots of different colleagues, customers and transport providers and it is important that you are able to remain calm under pressure even when things speed up.

We expect that you walk the extra mile and are persistent, also when facing challenges – this is the reason why a drive to win is so important to us.

What you may expect from us:

Being part of a workplace where demands are gradually being made of you, allowing you to grow with your assignments during your trainee programme, and where YOU receiving the best training in the industry is of paramount importance to us.

Education required

To be eligible for commencing a trainee programme with us, you need one of the following qualifications:

  • EUX Merkantil/EUX Mercantile
    • Submit your diploma or most recent grade transcript with your application
  • HG Kontor/HG Office and Administration
    • Submit your diploma with your application
  • HHX, BA or other further education
    • Make inquiries at your local commercial VI-form college and ask for an assessment of the subjects, in which you may need to enhance your skills before commencing our trainee programme. When that is done, you may commence our trainee programme. We are open to dialogue while you make the practical arrangements. Submit your college course schedule with your application.
  • Mature trainee – 25 years and older
    • As a mature trainee, we will provide you with an individually planned trainee programme. To be eligible, you must first contact your local commercial VI-form college and ask for a RealKompetenceVurdering/RealCompetencesAssessment. We will base your trainee programme on this assessment and provide you with a plan of your specific subjects and trainee programme.
