Team Lead Global License Management (*) Your tasks Your tasks Your tasks: As Team Lead Global License Management (*) you are responsible for the global management and control of licenses and its respective lifecycle with focus on software asset management, software compliance, maintenance renewals, lifecycle planning and purchasing/ call-off of licenses.Responsible for all services, employees and costs within Global License Management (team)Handle enterprise IT business and IT department needs in support of IT Contracts and Software License Management activitiesDetermine optimal licensing for business units, IT teams and supporting negotiations in software procurementSteer and monitor the day to day operations of the IT software asset management (internal licensing consultancy, software assignment to internal licensee, developing internal licensing and / or cost allocation models) and meet regularly with team to gather work statusesManage licensing inventory and recommend how to maximize investment in software assetsAlign enterprise-wide annual software true-up and support renewals, co-term possibilities and cost reduction opportunitiesSupport compliance in software licensing and support or perform software supplier compliance auditsAlign with strong functional line managerImplement IT initiatives to support business and IT strategyPerform all IT activities and duties of Global License Management in accordance with all relevant legal requirements, SOPs, guidelines, rules of procedure, by-laws and compliance rulesExecute legal/ formal aspects for disciplinary lineManage, develop and mentor team membersEstablish measurable individual objectives that are aligned with department goalsPlan and organize change projects by using change management tools, processes and techniquesProvide input to business technology and human resource planning within functional area Requirements Requirements Your profile: Our ideal candidate (*) is a qualified professional with leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and proficient process knowledge, who is able to advance the organization with a global mindset and to drive teambuilding.
