Massive amounts of snow in France

It challenges the movement and as a consequence transportation will be effected for both pickups and deliveries.

Several locations and roads are impossible to reach, especially in Paris, where there currently is driving restrictions in force for trucks. Besides that, the areas Chartres, Rouen, Compiègne and Amiens are blocked from entering. Several of our terminals cannot be reached neither by car or truck. These are Chartres, Paris Ouest, Paris Est, Paris Sud, Rungis, Paris Nord, Stains, Gennevilliers, Compiègne.

We are following the situation carefully and will try to find new roads and solutions to ensure that it has as minimal effect on transportation as possible, but some delays will be unavoidable.

If you have questions or need more information please contact your DB Schenker representative.
