    Your tasks

    A PRO serves as a liaison between the company and government organisations and/or authorities
    • Responsible for any visa and work permits-related processes (new, renewal and cancellation) for all employees.
    • Organize all routine processing of immigration documents (medical examination, Emirates ID, MOFA attestations, etc.) to complete all the necessary legal formalities
    • Responsible for the business and trade license updates, and follow-up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
    • Supports in UAE National/s pension related process.
    • To regularly update all labour and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the business well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
    • When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like police stations, ministries/municipalities, and other government departments/authorities
    • To always maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents.

    Requirements

    • UAE National
    • Must be conversational in English
    • Experience in the related field or immigration process is preferable
    • Must be knowledgeable of MoHRE/MoL laws
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software/system related to the visa process
