Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations):
- Setting up new employees in the scheduling system
- Creating employee profiles and assisting Supervisors in reporting
- Reconciling invoices from employment agencies with actually staffing
- Coordinating with our client in reconciling and verifying distribution entries, damage logs, and POs
- Working in collaboration with our client’s finance team
- Collaborating with our client when identifying distribution errors and finding mutual solutions
- Liaise with internal departments and clients
- Data entry of customer information
Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
- Minimum two years’ experience in a warehouse environment
- GMP trained
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Detail oriented and excellent time management with the ability to multitask
- Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process
Position Description Summary:
The Data Controller will be responsible for the evaluation and production of data reports. They will also play a small role in the administration of inputting new employee data and employee related timekeeping reports.
