    Hours: 0900 - 1730
    Location: Ballycoolin (Dublin) or Shannon (Clare) - Hybrid
    Salary: €34,000 - €40,000
    What You Will Be Doing?
    • Generating customer invoices in accordance with the rate card.
    • Collaborating with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to promptly address and resolve all inquiries.
    • Maintaining accurate and updated accruals estimations.
    • Investigating and resolving any billing or cost-related issues.
    • Ensuring precise Gross Profit (GP) declarations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Conducting file audits to verify accurate invoicing and costing.
    • Liaising with overseas offices to rectify incorrectly rated invoices.
    • Analyzing accuracy issues within GP reporting, addressing any prior under or over declarations, and implementing corrective measures where feasible.

    Requirements

    What are we looking for?
    • Collaborative team member with a drive for advancement, ideally with an accounts admin background
    • Strong interpersonal abilities, ideally with experience in freight forwarding
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with an accounting qualification being advantageous
    • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
    • Proficiency in Excel is necessary, with prior experience in freight forwarding preferred.
