Senior Manager, Leadership & Talent Development (Human Resources) (*)

Your tasks

The Senior Manager Leadership & Talent Development will be responsible for creating and implementing the company’s global company-wide development concept. This includes but is not limited to, the strategic development and program offer for Leadership and Talent Development in line with the succession management strategy.

The Senior Manager Leadership & Talent Development will work with the global HRBPs to ensure that the program offer is in line with and feeding into our overall HR strategy, values and business objectives.

The Senior Manager Leadership & Talent Development will be responsible for creating and implementing the company’s global company-wide development concept. This includes but is not limited to, the strategic development and program offer for Leadership and Talent Development in line with the succession management strategy.

The Senior Manager Leadership & Talent Development will work with the global HRBPs to ensure that the program offer is in line with and feeding into our overall HR strategy, values and business objectives.

Main topics for the next years include:

Develop & adjust training & development concepts and offer:
  • Design and implement the global development strategy for all employees (white collar and blue collar)
  • Analyze industry trends and existing tools and evolve the internal process according to business needs
  • Develop and/or adjust development concepts and tools in alignment with global HRBP team and succession planning strategy
  • Advise internal key stakeholders on the development offer process and related processes
  • Release concept and provide respective HRBP with information regarding changes and implications for the business
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Talent Management to ensure that the talent identification and succession planning processes are supported by the Leadership and Talent Development offer


Implement development concepts and instruments:
  • Partner with the HRIS team to guarantee the effectiveness and value add of the tools supporting the development & training programs
  • Plan, create and provide communication for the offer, registration processes and tools
  • Develop and keep offer and pool of training providers in line with current and future trends and needs

Requirements

  • Master or equivalent business experience
  • Language: English B2
  • 8 years as a minimum, more is of advantage
  • Expertise in steering international projects and in working in virtual collaboration
  • Highly interested and comfortable with innovation
  • Consulting and advising skills in an international working environment, backed up with a deep service and customer orientation
  • High ability to deal with complexity
  • Expert level of conceptual thinking and able to work operationally
  • Pragmatic and independent working style and problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude, interpersonal skill, intercultural sensitivity and high level of engagement
  • Excellent understanding of market practice and research about performance management methods, current developments and ability to apply theoretical framework into a pragmatic environment
