We are looking for an innovative, self-driven individual with an international mindset to play a key role in developing, scaling and executing tailored change & people engagement programs to drive the transformation of our organization from an HR perspective. As part of the global Head Office, you collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to design and implement your concepts. The position is part of the Global HR Strategy, Governance & Transformation department, which reports in the Global CHRO.

Your Tasks:

People – You understand the drivers of engagement and contribute to a human-centered organization by systematically collecting feedback and initiating conversations that connect our people. You do that through the coordination of the bi-annual employee survey and complementing pulse checks, ensuring a holistic picture and real-time feedback. Based on data-driven insights, you trigger fruitful follow-up processes in collaboration with the regional and local HR teams.

Passion – You spark passion for your topics by crafting communication plans that combine an engaging language, a targeted mix of channels and innovative formats. Your convincing approach shapes our feedback culture and initiates community building across the globe. With your expertise in people engagement, you contribute to the way HR communicates within and outside of HR. You drive selected projects to enhance internal communication and knowledge sharing and act as the HR interface to Corporate Communications.

Future – You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate relevant and sustainable solutions for DB Schenker in the field of engagement. You know “state of the art” change and engagement tools and tailor them for a diverse company as ours. By bringing new concepts and ideas for collaboration to life, you will be a key part of making our company ready for the future.


  • University degree
  • Enthusiastic about developing innovative concepts and idea, combined with entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatism when it comes to implementation
  • A strong hands-on mentality when it comes to delivering solutions that address critical business needs
  • Track record in design and management of projects, trainings and workshops, ideally also in a virtual setting
  • A people-oriented mindset, passionate about collaborating across teams and effective communication skills
  • Self-reliant personality that enjoys driving and owning topics and creating tangible results
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to be flexible in an international, fast-paced, changing environment
  • High level of service orientation, process thinking and being able to understand organizational structures and systems
  • Good knowledge of Office 365, change management methods and presentation tools
  • Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
