The team Global Spend Governance (GSG) is responsible for all cross-divisional tasks in Global Procurement and Global Real Estate Management. GSG creates added value through driving global end-to-end process standardization, harmonization and digitization. Furthermore, GSG ensures the implementation, communication and safeguarding of standards and tools and develops Global Procurement and Global Real Estate Management to a data-driven organization.
GSG develops the Global Spend Management Community and shares best practices across regions and drives on talent management and knowledge management.

Key Outcomes:
The Expert eProcure Plan & GPM is responsible for the optimization and the global rollout of eProcure Plan, the plan-part in SAP Ariba as well as our central real estate tool Global Portfolio Management. You will support the Procurement Managers in the area of sourcing events and the local buyers and super key users regarding issues in the requisition to receiving process steps.

Your tasks:

* Be the process-owner of the plan-modules in SAP Ariba and the Global Portfolio Management real estate system
* Verify business-requirements and related business cases regarding optimize the tools in an effective and cost-efficient way
* Continuous improvement of processes for the plan-part in SAP Ariba as well as Global Portfolio Management tool
* Manage business impacts on technical solutions in cooperation with IT
* Ensure implementation of policies and compliance within the used processes and tools
* Manage issue escalations both from internal business partners and our suppliers. This includes investigating, problem solving issues relating to Spend Management process/systems, ensuring controls and compliance requirements are met
* Ad-hoc Testing to investigate issues or provided fixes/workarounds
* Document/update training aids and share with broader community as required
* Support the strategic buyers to resolve issues with the set-up of sourcing events
* Cooperate with Global Business Services Support Organization in solving issues related to the P2P system, provide trainings and advices

Requirements

Our requirements:

* University degree or comparable training/professional experience
* Strong Procurement background, ideally also a real estate background
* Very experienced in SAP Ariba and/or comparable P2P systems
* Experienced in designing and implementing lean processes
* Managing optimization projects regarding processes and tools on a global level with internal and external stakeholders
* Lead virtual project teams and serve as first point of contact and escalation
* High affinity for IT
* Strong customer- and service orientation
* Able to work autonomously and effectively at all levels in an organization while also being a team player and able to work collaboratively
* Passion and power
* Fluent in German and English
