Marketing Manager - Website & Content Marketing (*)

Your tasks

  • Manage and publish website content to support our overall online presence and lead generation activities.
  • Create engaging digital content for campaigns, products and services in line with our content strategy.
  • Develop marketing collateral, including marketing messaging/text, video production and marketing materials (e.g. case studies, white papers, infographics) for usage across our channels.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns, search engine marketing initiatives and marketing automation activities.
  • Lead the localization process and global roll-out of website content in close alignment with our regional teams.
  • Monitor and report uptake and usage of content based on defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with lead agencies and cross-functional stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Support defined marketing projects with the global marketing team

Requirements

  • University Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Production or similar. Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in the related field, ideally from a B2B marketing environment.
  • Website-savvy and experienced in content publishing, including usage of content management systems and reporting tools.
  • Experienced in copy-writing (English language)
  • Familiar in Search Engine Marketing mechanisms with focus on SEO.
  • Knowledge in video production and desktop publishing (e.g. InDesign) are of advantage.
  • Team player and manages multiple projects simultaneously with ease.
  • Exhibits the ability to balance creative and conceptual work with detailed project management skills.
  • Well-versed with working and communicating effectively in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and German

DB Schenker is looking for a Marketing Manager supporting our website and content development to join our Global Marketing Team. In this role, 5-10 years of marketing or related experience is required, preferably gained in a B2B environment. The Marketing Manager is part of our digital content team that leads the website and social media activities including marketing campaigns and sales activation across these and other channels.
He/she supports the content management of our website universe and leads projects requiring the production and roll-out of product and campaign collateral. This includes the creation of marketing copy and digital assets which contribute to our digital content strategy and stimulates an engaging experience at multiple touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
Experience with content management systems and content publishing in combination with content creation focused on copy writing and video production is desired. First experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in an international environment as well as the collaboration with external agencies is beneficial.
