With our Leadership Academy, we take a systematic approach its development, running programs for individuals at all levels of seniority across DB Schenker. High potential talent are identified through initiatives like our annual Reviews and given the opportunity to enrol in courses that match their experience level and ambitions. Those already within leadership roles, on the other hand, are given the ability to advance their skills even further, based on the career trajectory they’re following.
