DB Schenker earns the distinction of most equitable employer in the logistics industry

Culture, work environment and fairness – DB Schenker offers its employees especially equitable working conditions, earning it the highest rating from DEUTSCHLAND TEST, a brand of the German business magazine FOCUS Money.
Most employees have a wish list for their employer that is as long as the company's list of promises to them – from good pay and flexible hours to regular career advancement opportunities. So which employer keeps its word and offers its employers working conditions that truly are fair?

Diversity
DEUTSCHLAND TEST set out to answer this question. It studied the 10,000 companies in Germany with the most employees from over 100 different industries. It looked at criteria such as the percentage of employees over 55, opportunities for new employees to move up, pay, equal pay for the same position, and commitment to inclusion and diversity management. It also used social listening to assign some 22 million company mentions to one of three different categories: corporate culture, work environment and fairness. DB Schenker was the winner in the logistics industry, earning the maximum score of 100 points.

"We are proud to have won this prestigious distinction. It is a testament to our company's sustainable efforts to become a top employer," said DB Schenker CEO Jochen Thewes.
