    The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for the entire recruitment process. Collaboration and continuous exchange with P&O BPs, Hiring Managers, Regional stakeholders, and internal/external candidates is a vital part of the job. TA Partner manage their expectations while continuously providing support and consultancy to make the right recruiting decisions and making sure that the right candidates are placed in the right positions.

    The TA Partner would also be invited to participate in various recruitment and talent acquisition projects and provide the expertise to the Global and Regional Schenker Teams.

    Responsibilities

    Digitization & Tools

    • The TA Partner is responsible for facilitating change regarding the usage of the recruiting systems - Avature (Talent Acquisition Global system), ensuring all internal stakeholders are familiar with the system by actively providing support, facilitating necessary trainings, and managing FAQs.
    • Participate in User Acceptance Training, System upgrades and enhancement conversations to
    • Communicate feedback received to the implementation teams and Tribes.

    Employer Branding & Recruitment Campaigns:

    • Participate in setting up Employer brand strategies and identify best-fitting sourcing channels for different target audiences to promote the employer brand and attract high-quality talent.
    • Organize and participate in Onsite/Online Events (e.g. job fairs), liaise with schools and universities to cooperate when required or when seen as an opportunity.

    Job briefing & Screening/Sourcing

    • Engage with P&O BPs and the Hiring Manager to clarify the role's scope and candidate specification after the position is approved on the Avature (Talent Acquisition Global system).
    • Create an executive search brief to attract high-fitting candidates to the position.
    • Actively source the candidates through all data sources, including the Avature tool, internal or external applications received, headhunting, talent database, referrals, and other defined/approved applicant sourcing strategies.
    • Screen, create a longlist and shortlist and share the outcomes with Hiring Manager/P&O BPs.
    • Create and maintain a candidate pipeline through networking, research, and other talent attraction and engagement methods in accordance to local laws.

    Assess and Select:

    • Support, plan, and arrange interviews and assessments to select the right candidate in collaboration with the P&O BPs and Hiring Managers.
    • Conduct collaborative conversations, log feedback received in Avature (Talent Acquisition Global system), and record outcome and selection.

    Offer and Hire

    • Prepare related financial proposal budgets and obtains approvals from Senior Management in case of cost implications.
    • Prepare and extend the job offer to candidates, considering budgets, hiring notes, joining date, expectations and interview results.
    • Liaise with People Services expert, Labor relations, P&O BP and Hiring Manager for a smooth hiring process and close the vacancy on Avature once it is filled.

    Reporting:

    • Prepare various recruitment dashboards and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, for decision-making, analysis of team effectiveness and preparing improvement strategies.
    • Provide talent diagnostic reports and market insights, organize calibration reports, and provide Talent reports and Talent Pool to relevant stakeholders in the process.

    Απαιτήσεις

    Qualifications

    • Over 3 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
    • Experience in managing multicultural stakeholders in present/previous experience.
    • Experience in working with ATS tools is mandatory.
    • Bachelor's degree in economics / business administration / psychology.
    • Advanced technical knowledge of MS office.
    • Very good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial.
    • Understanding of a shared service center organization.
    • P&O professional and individual contributor with a strategic mindset and progressive individual who embraces change and drives engagement.
    • Ability to build strong relationships, engage, and influence stakeholders/ challenge the status quo.
    • Manages complexity, plans and communicates effectively.
    • Highly action-oriented and has the confidence to attract top talent.
    • Analytical and data-driven.
    • Distinct customer/ service orientation & resilience.
    • Project Management Skills: ability to coordinate various projects and conflicting priorities.
