    Your tasks

    This role ensures the effective operation for Business Growth and Maintenance of our Commercials of our Customers through management, motivation and leadership in order to keep the team focused on the sales, business retention and growth targets and goals for CLDM. Strong negotiator and possesses a thorough knowledge of the services he/she is selling and can make presentations to existing and prospective clients. The role requires the ability to develop senior level relationships with client decision makers, with the goal of Product CL, CL Product (VAS), market and industry vertical growth. The Director must be committed to exceeding client expectations while respecting company policies. Tasks & Responsibilities: Management

    • Initiate / maintain / enhance work with Global, Regional and Country Sales Teams as well as the BD and CM Teams in Region and Globally as well as CL Operations owners (incl P&L leadership) for current and new business development to reach OI and achieved business per year.
    • Accomplish objectives by and not limited to orienting, assigning, and coaching Team members.
    • Develop/maintain business development plan & strategy regularly by tracking growth activity as well customer financials/commercials supporting company financial hurdles and the CLDM process.
    • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and expositions.
    • Maximize company profit by improving commercials contracts/financials to keep competitive & innovative while enhancing product specific offerings and solutions.
    • Engage in standard processes to effectively grow business portfolio including but not restricted to, Implementation, QBR presentation slides, Standard Reporting formats and SOP maintenance.
    • Orchestrate the tactical level of the RFQ process including the management of design, calculations, Contract negotiation, Consulting, and CL specific negotiations following the CLDM and in conjunction with Sales account and Operational leadership Account Retention and Growth
    • Maintenance and expansion of existing customers base given the above.
    • Maintain regular contact within the industry to anticipate the evolution of customer demands and assist CL in translating those into new and potential service offerings.
    • Collaborate with Product Management & Solution Design to develop innovative value propositions of customer solutions.

    Requirements

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills:

    • Achieve/exceed Yearly OI and Yearly Billed/Achieved Revenue/CMII targets
    • Transparent financial development tracking
    • Drive and deliver customer solutions based on innovation and service value
    • Travel for customer mtgs / operational support
    • 10-15 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Development, Business Development & CL Operations management
    • Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills
