Join our team as a Quality Programme Lead!


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Programme Lead to oversee all quality and operational activities within our cleanroom environment in Baldonnel. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech setting, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance for our valued customers.

Location: Baldonnel, Dublin

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30

 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and coordinate inspections, cleaning, and assembly of tools and parts, ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for process implementations, inspection changes, and tool certification sessions.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, including visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections.
  • Train and support team members in cleanroom procedures, basic repairs, and tool handling.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance data, preparing reports and communicating results to management and customers.
  • Maintain documentation, work instructions, and ensure ISO compliance across all cleanroom activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues quickly to minimise downtime and customer disruption.
  • Support stock control activities such as cycle counts and accuracy checks.

About you

  • Strong experience in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection, ideally within a cleanroom or sterile environment (semiconductor, pharma, or medical settings advantageous).
  • Solid knowledge of technical documentation, basic maths, and mechanical/electronic measurements.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict PPE requirements and manual handling tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Reliable, professional, and well-presented, with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
