Your tasks
- Daily work planning, schedule and tracking for the customers.
- Trouble shooting, resolving customer complaints within 24 hours to 48 hours & maintain records.
- Handling of ISO activities in the department.
- Send routing instructions to overseas as per format. Sharing pre alerts with customer & updating IGM & arrival details.
- Liaise with OPS for timely D.O. release in cases of delays reported by customer /broker
- Follow with customer on phone & email for uncollected D.O. & keep OPS advised. Close coordination with the ops team on the release of documents.
- To attain customer delight by meeting TAT.
Requirements
1. Graduation in any discipline
2. 3-5 Years of Experience
3. Good Communication
4. Problem solving abilities
