Operations Manager - 1st shift

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks):

• Oversee all site operations to deliver high service levels at minimal cost.
• Coordinate daily work activities and serve as liaison to the General Manager.
• Develop and manage operational plans, budgets, and inventory control.
• Drive financial performance through strategic site planning.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Implement and uphold standards for productivity, safety, quality, cost control, and morale.
• Continuously review and improve departmental processes, policies, and safety practices.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• This is a management position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
• Generally prefer 2 years of related supervisory or management experience.
