Contract Logisistics - WH Asst Manager

Your tasks

1. Planning business goal, strategy, business development, training etc.
2. Preparing and presentation of various reports to customer, Operation Manager etc.
3. Allocation, Employment, interview, welfare, working condition, health issue, employee suggestion, Performance review.
4. Drive corrective & preventative actions for any operational non-conformances or performance issues
5. Establish priority areas for cost reductions, implement plan to review & reduce costs for each.
6. Supervising investigation of any quality non-conformances put preventative measures in place.
7. Managing of facilities and MHE to keep them the best condition.
8. Supervising Operation and audit the process & Process Re-engineering
9. Communication with customer to get any complaints, requests, and to raise any issues to resolve
10. Revise and reinforce WI to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of operation
11. Supervise Inventory Process & Process Re-engineering
12. Supervise Customer Service & manage Customer Complaints
13. Managing KPI
14. ISO/TAPA/ Management


1. Background experience logistics operations.

2. Preferred proficiency with the current MS Office package.

3. Preferred English ability
