What You Will Be Doing?
- Generating customer invoices in accordance with the rate card.
- Collaborating with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to promptly address and resolve all inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate and updated accruals estimations.
- Investigating and resolving any billing or cost-related issues.
- Ensuring precise Gross Profit (GP) declarations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conducting file audits to verify accurate invoicing and costing.
- Liaising with overseas offices to rectify incorrectly rated invoices.
- Analyzing accuracy issues within GP reporting, addressing any prior under or over declarations, and implementing corrective measures where feasible.
What are we looking for?
- Collaborative team member with a drive for advancement, ideally with an accounts admin background
- Strong interpersonal abilities, ideally with experience in freight forwarding
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with an accounting qualification being advantageous
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Excel is necessary, with prior experience in freight forwarding preferred.
