Your tasks
* Develops pool of internal and external talents
* Cooperates closely with the L&D Specialist/Training Lead as internal talents are promoted
* Performs the recruitment social media communication
* Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
* Reports on a regular basis about the recruitment process status and keeps in touch with the stakeholders
* Support in customer education (junior stakeholder management)
* Process and systems improvements
* Employee experience focus and improvement
Requirements
* Over 1 -2 years of recruitment experience and other HR related activities
* Advanced technical knowledge of MS office
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
* Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
* Ability to understand complex environments
* Very good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial
