ServiceNow Platform Analyst / Architect (*)

Vos tâches

Strategy & Planning
◼ Documentation of overall platform design and guidelines
◼ Creation and lead of overall platform roadmap in strong alignment with the Lead Architect and Head of Service & Operations Management
◼ Ensuring alignment between platform team and business strategy as well as identification of opportunities to maximize platform value
◼ Responsible for leading the hands-on delivery and support of multiple functions within the platform in accordance with business objectives and enterprise standards
◼ Design and architect solutions for implementing and supporting multiple ServiceNow platform capabilities
◼ Align capability roadmap, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations
◼ Advise the platform team and stakeholders of technical best practices, policies, and procedures
◼ Analyze the impacts of new requirements and apply architectural principles
◼ Develop, implement, and publish platform configuration standards and monitor compliance
◼ Influence the organization on ServiceNow platform best practices and data stewardship
◼ Contribute to platform governance, demand, design, and delivery processes
◼ Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt within the platform and advise on remediation
Operational Management & Deployment
◼ Design, document, and support the implementation of robust integrations and product enhancements
◼ Create and maintain detailed views of architecture and processes
◼ Perform data modeling analysis and manage data transformation
◼ Enforce compliance with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) or further possible data models within the system toolbox
◼ Influence technical decisions and solutioning of the platform capabilities and products
◼ Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to ensure platform complies with standards
◼ Provide technical guidance and participate in process design workshops
◼ Advise and solution of enterprise reporting needs
◼ Monitor health, usage, and performance of the platform
◼ Coordinate platform upgrades, patching, and releases
◼ Works in an agile environment and provides guidance to agile teams and in agile development methods
◼ Resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects
◼ Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the platform team

Critères

◼ Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
◼ Typically requires several years of relevant technical and business experience in the area of ITSM and ITOM as well knowledge of the processes of service management esp. for solutioning in ServiceNow
◼ Experience with IT Service Management and IT Operations Management tools esp. ServiceNow
◼ Experience to work in cross-functional and global teams
◼ Positive and integrative collaboration skills establishing strong supportive relationships cross all departments
◼ High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
◼ Fluent in English language skills

Service & Operations Management Function is responsible for the overall orchestration, control and management of service delivery processes across all services and service providers to enable service management and seamless delivery of end-to-end services within SLA. The ServiceNow Platform Analyst (Architect) is a technical leader who provides consultative guidance to the platform operations team, assures alignment to business strategy, and participates in the execution and enablement of platform capability adoption. He/she is responsible for the overall platform design, analyzing and implementing new requirements in alignment with the Lead Architect. He/she is responsible for the alignment with the enterprise architecture team and the lead architect to provide technical leadership to the platform team, create and maintain a view of the existing architecture and roadmap and resolve technical escalations.
