Executive, Customer Service (Pre-shipment)

Your tasks

This position is responsible in monitor and leading the day to day documentation activities effectively (i.e. prepare BL, send SI to carrier, Billing, Closing etc) to ensure delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements
  1. Forward Draft BL to Shipper
  2. Forward S/I to Shipping Line
  3. Email shipper to confirm Schenker Draft BL
  4. Email Shipping Line to provide us with draft BL
  5. Email Shipping Line to provide Debit Note
  6. Checking Debit note from Shipping line whether rate apply is the same with CSD Shipping Instruction
  7. ACI Submission for Canada shipment / AFR for Japan / AMS Submission for US Shipment
  8. Key in Event at TANGO system on the movement within 24 hrs from the actual events
  9. Prepare Invoice to Shipper and Schenker Overseas
  10. Request cheque from either Maggie or Subang office by email
  11. Send pre-alert via email to Schenker overseas or upload in TANGO
  12. Check and print costing
  13. Sorting MB/L, HB/L, overseas inv, Customer inv, port, forwarding stc
  14. Complete file with closing
  15. Adhere to the instructions given by the General Manager& HOD in relation to work.
