EORI

European legislation came into force on 1 July 2009 so that customs authorities can efficiently and effectively identify market parties that are involved in international trade and transport.

The method used is the Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI).

It goes without saying that Schenker Logistics Nederland B.V. has an EORI number and is fully authorized to carry out virtually all customs activities. Every entrepreneur in the EU involved in cross-border EU trade must have an EORI number.

Dutch entrepreneurs can apply for an EORI number via one of below forms.
