The department
We are looking for a Maitenance Teamleader for our site at the Eemshaven. In this position you will be jointly responsible for the management of the Maintenance Team. The Teamleader is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of hardware at our site. You will lead the team on the floor, and secure the right quality. You will report tot the Maintenance Supervisor. You will work in a dynamic environment where continuous in-novation is paramount. Our location is growing fast, will you grow with us?
Main activities
Leading all working activities within the scope, to make sure time and quality demands, as well as client specific demands will be met.
- Lead and supervise a team of 5 to 10 maintenance technicians
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
- Co responsible for efficient work methods and procedures
- Review employee performance, coach, instruct and provide training
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Living up to, and check whether legal and corporate obligations are lived up to, regard-ing safety and environment Co responsible for HR matters
- Participate in and organization of meetings
Vereisten
We ask
- MBO-degree
- Willingness to work in weekend shifts
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Sharp eye for safety
- Strong in working independently and project-based
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Good command of the English language in word and writing
