The position
- Act as the first point of contact
- Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
- Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
- Independently perform various administrative activities
- Checking and ensuring the follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
- Actively thinking about improvements in the process and service and implementing improvement actions
- You ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided
Vereisten
We ask
- Relevant logistics expertise obtained through training and/or experience within logistics
- Experience in a customer service role (B2B) where you were responsible for either a big or challenging customer
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office package
- You master the English language verbally and in writing. Dutch language is a pre.
- Competences that are important for this position: customer-oriented, communicative, solution-oriented, proactive, stress-resistant and flexible in tasks and hours
