Responsabilities:
Registration of expense reports and travel reports
Registration of supplier’s invoices related to expense reports.
Registration of bank statements and provides support in the payment process.
Issue and post invoices to customers – AR
Post GL transactions: accruals, reclassifications, etc
Register new customers/suppliers in Master Data
Analyzing complex financial reports and records
Registration of fix assets etc.
Close and reconcile of relevant B/S accounts
Assisting with financial and tax audits
Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
Prepares reports related to the processes who manages, and other requested reports
Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or within other departments
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers
Regular liaisons with the state authorities, the bank and other partners
Ensuring other tasks requested by team manager
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of Romanian accounting, including fiscal aspects
Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module
Degree in the field of accounting, finance and economics
Very good accounting background, preferably in AP and GL
Previous working experience preferably in large/global organizations
Good technical knowledge of MS office
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
Ability to understand complex environments
Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
Good English language skills
