  • Do booking creation with the carriers 
  • Register or Activate shipments in system based on correct service leg 
  • Monitor vessel arrivals and transshipment details 
  • Update shipping information in system (carrier details, WHS IDs, arriving vessel details) 
  • Chase and do data quality checking for commercial and shipping documents 
  • Communicate and assist with customers, internal / external partners, brokers, and stakeholders request 
  • Ensure proper closing of jobs and activities within deadline 
  • Chase Tax Invoice & Delivery Orders from carrier and coloaders 
  • Analyze and process tax invoice for payment request vouchers 
  • Call carriers and coloaders for pending or urgent Delivery Orders 
  • Adhere to stakeholders’ requirements 
  • Assist supervisor on Performance Review Meetings with counterparts 
  • Assist on investigation and answering issues 
  • Create training plans and conduct actual training to new hires 
  • Contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives 
  • Do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor. 
  • Meets individual and team KPI (Key performance indicators) goals 
  • Maintain desktop procedure of the team
  • Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree
  • Has logistics experience and understanding of shipping documents and terminologies such as Incoterms
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and pay close attention to detail
  • Team player, capable of succeeding in both team and solo setting
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
  • Good coordination skills and task-oriented 
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating flexibility
  • Proper stakeholder management
  • Good planning skills with high focus on task execution
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Contribute Process Improvement Ideas
  • Makes clear and effective oral presentations to individuals and groups
  • Provide effective communication with all organizational levels to keep lines of communication open to minimize conflict
