This position is responsible for Air Freight process & systems to support task in country including
regular check, audit of System and process compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Main contact for Air operational system related topics
• Act as the coordinating and communicating instance between RAF and country organization for operational system
and process topics within Airfreight function
• Engagement in the definition of operational standards via the Regional Air Freight and Country Air Freight management
• Provide training to country users include new functionality (Air)
• Testing of new functionality and change request
• Assist in rolling out new systems project in the country
• Provide status report and track issues to facilitate timely issue solution
• Audit of the system and process compliance according to SOP
• Review of current process and improve operations efficiency
• Document activity status and report to regional Air Freight and Country Organization
• Country refresher training for all country users
• Training for newcomers in Air freight
• Process mapping for overall country branches
• Data Quality check and enforcement
• Assist on customer on board implementation & testing
• Initiative to increase productivity and improvement
• Standardized, simplify processes and other project
• Deliver monthly management report
• Acquire requirements of existing / new customers (Local / Oversea)
• Organize discussion and alignment meeting to understand onboarding customer requirement includes exceptional handling requirement
• Run through SOP details with internal stakeholder
• Work with Regional implementation lead to coordinate and align process internally
• Monitor closely for 1 month upon account go-live
Job Specification (qualification, experience, skill, attributes):
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Team player with very good communication skills
• System knowledge: Operational systems (TANGO) and other external system connected
• Ability to quickly establish and develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholder groups
• Project Management skills
• Ability to communicate ideas, rules, workflows, etc…
• Able to work independently
• Ability to mentor and coach on team environment
• Experiences in logistics industry or related industry with deep understanding of Airfreight business process and
supporting systems and technology
• Minimum higher diploma level with basic SQL knowledge
• Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools
• Knowledge of crystal report, or similar program would be an advantage
