Service Manager (f/m)

Your tasks

1. Taking care of requests and orders of internal and external customers around GDiS IoT product offerings
2. Enabling customers to success apply the GDiS IoT product offerings by supporting remotely
3. Creating and enhancing content for internal and external customers to better operate GDiS IoT product offerings
4. Trigger and drive improvements to the process and IT systems based on 1st hand experience
5. Handle IoT tracking device in- and outbound for the respective region
6. Communication Management with all involved parties and stakeholders


1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions
2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
3. Customer and service orientation
4. Experience in agile working methods is a plus
5. Interest in IT and forwarding business
6. Experience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation
7. International experience in customer projects and service management
8. Understanding of business and IT processes
9. Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
10. Team player
11. Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
