For all countries with € as their currency, you should receive a uniform interest rate from Taulia. For non € countries you will be most probably offered a different rate because the reference rate will be different here.

What are the requirements for participating, and where can I find further information?

You need to be registered, evaluated, and approved in our Carrier Management Application. If you have not yet registered as a transport company or haven’t yet uploaded your latest company data, we kindly ask that you do so here.

After you indicate your interest, an activation e-mail from the finance department in your country will be generated by an SAP system and then sent to you. After that, you can register with Taulia in three easy steps.

Yes – the Taulia portal is available 365 days a year and payments are always made on the next banking day when you use the Fast Payment Option

I have a question about the Cash Flow Option

After you activate the Cash Flow option, all approved invoices in the future will automatically be paid on the next payment day (click here)

You can undo the Cash Flow Option activation by going to Profile > Settings.

I would like to change my master data.

In Taulia, go to My data> Bank accounts to display the information on the company bank account that you registered with DB Schenker. You will need to contact DB Schenker to update this information.

The role you select is not relevant when you initially register. The person who performs the initial registration is automatically given administrative (Admin) rights in the portal – therefore confirm this page by clicking on “Skip”

No. Please continue to send your invoices to DB Schenker in the usual manner. Invoices will appear in Taulia as soon as they have been received and processed by DB Schenker. If DB Schenker is working with you within the framework of a credit memo procedure, then please DO NOT send us an invoice.

Submit the cancellation notice to DB Schenker the same way you submitted the original invoice. Once an invoice has been successfully cancelled, you will see a record of both the invoice and the cancellation in the portal under “Balanced.” 

If an approved invoice is not given a fast payment option, it can mean one of two things. If you have questions, please contact DB Schenker:

1) No fast payment option is possible due to withholding tax issues.

2) Your company is currently no longer a participant in DB Schenker’s Fast Payment Program.

If you have a standard payment-period agreement (e.g. payment within 30 days), then you can also have such credit memos paid early after activation. You can calculate the costs for early payment by using the shortened payment period as a basis.

If you have a shortened payment period that includes a discount agreement, then such credit memos will be visible, but they cannot be paid early. In this case, payment will be made via DB Schenker when due.
