Tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple processes within your department and ensure they are carried out efficiently, safely, and accurately
- Guide, coach, and motivate employees to get the best out of the team
- Focus on the development and well-being of your team; identify issues early and provide support where needed
- Ensure proper staffing in the department (daily planning, holiday planning, setting priorities, timekeeping)
- Work with your Supervisor to achieve KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs, and 5S
- Continuously improve processes and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to align processes
- Keep your team informed through scrum sessions and participate in department meetings
- Foster a positive, open work environment where everyone feels heard and engaged

- You have strong organizational skills and always maintain oversight
- You communicate clearly in English and preferably also in Dutch
- You are flexible, solution-oriented, and actively contribute to a positive team spirit
