Position Description Summary:
Responsible for first line support to Schenker Operations on all export regulatory compliance issues as it relates but not limited to, C-TPAT, Automated Export System, Licenses, License Exceptions, License Exemptions, Restricted Parties Screening, Embargoed/Restricted Countries, Bureau of Industry & Security, Department of Treasury, Department of Transportation, Department of State and Department of Commerce.

Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

• Provide first line support on all export regulatory compliance issues.
• Liaison for regulatory compliance projects.
• Resolve operational issues; coordinate the field personnel to effectuate timely processing of export shipments.
• Inform and educate Schenker operational staff on export regulations.
• Research export regulatory compliance issues as directed.
• Keep current with regulatory agency regulations and requirements including but not limited to Automated Export System, Licenses, License Exceptions, License Exemptions, Restricted Parties Screening, Embargoed Countries, Bureau of Industry & Security, Department of Treasury, Department of Transportation, Department of State and Department of Commerce.
• Monitor Export Regulatory Compliance Reports.
